Lunchtime

My friend and fellow color pencil artist, Patty, sent me some suedeboard.  It is like velvet on a board.  Yes, we all remember those Elvis velvet paintings!  This was a very different material for colored pencil painting with the velvet surface.  I used my Polychromos and Holbeins.  Buffalo fur is not an easy thing to recreate, just saying.....
